Creating Your Store
Open Paymes SuperApp
- Log in to your account and navigate to the main dashboard.
- Log in to your account and navigate to the main dashboard.
Access the Store Section
- Click on "Store "button, at the bottom of the Home page or from Paymes Payments section on the home page.

Setup Your Store
- Select Create Store and fill in the basic details, including:
- Store Name
- Store Title
- Store Domain which can be: Mystore.paytabs.shop
- Select Create Store and fill in the basic details, including:
Store General Settings
- Select your Time zone, Country and Language
- Upload your Store Logo and Favicon for branding.
Store Settings
The Store Settings section allowing you to manage your store, giving you quick and easy access to all the key tools you need to run your online shop efficiently. As shown in the screenshot, the dashboard provides a central location where you can oversee Orders, manage Customers, organize Products into Categories and Pages, and configure your store’s layout and appearance and connect it to your Social Media links:
1. Products
To view and manage your store's products, navigate to the Store section from the homepage, then click on Products from the Store Settings section. You will be directed to the Products page, where you can view the existing list of products or add new ones.
a) Adding New Products
- Click on the plus "+" icon at the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter the Product Name, Description, and upload the product' Image.
- Ensure that you enter the required information in both English and Arabic and choose the preferred language for displaying your order.
- Extra Features:
You also have the following options:- Digital Product: Enable this button if the product is digital (non-physical).
- Show Product: You can toggle this option off to hide the product from your store or remove it temporarily.
- Click Next, then choose the appropriate category for your product from the previously created category list.
- Add Variants→ Include different versions such as sizes, colors, or flavors→ Set a purchase limit per customer if needed
- Add Inventory Details→ Specify the Unit Price→ Enter the Available Quantity→ Apply a Discount if applicable
- Click Save→ Finalize and store the product setup
b) Edit Products
- Navigate to the Store section from the homepage
- Click on Products under the Store Settings
- Select the product you wish to edit or manage
2. Customers
The Customers section in Paymes Super App provides a centralized view of your entire store’s customer base—making it easy to track, manage, and interact with each profile.
- Profile Navigation
Click on any customer to open their dedicated profile page, which includes:- Essential Details: Name, email, reference, and contact info
- Status Control: This allows you to prevent a customer from login, registering, ordering, ..etc.
- Customer Since: Date they first interacted or made a purchase
- Order Summary: List of completed and active orders
- Order Drill-Down
From the customer’s profile, click on any order to navigate directly to the internal Order Details Page for deeper insights, tracking, or support actions.

3. Categories
Store categories play a key role in shaping the shopping experience within your online store. They act as structured groupings that help customers effortlessly browse and discover products based on type, industry, or specific needs. By organizing your items into distinct categories, you not only improve visibility but also make navigation faster and more intuitive. In this section, you can easily create and customize categories—each with a unique name and image that reflects the theme of the group. Whether you're selling tech gadgets, stylish apparel, or food items like main courses, categories such as “Technology,” “Fashion,” or “Main Dish” can give your store a professional layout and keep your offerings neatly organized
Add a New Category
- Navigate to Store from the homepage (or via the Store section)
- Select Categories
- Click the "+" sign to add a new category
- Enter the Name of the Category → The category name MUST be entered in both languages to ensure proper display across the app
- Upload an Image to visually represent this category
Edit /Delete A Category
- Navigate to Store from the homepage (or via the Store section)
- Select Categories,then choose the specific category from the existing list
- To Edit: Update the Category Name or change the Image. Then click Save to apply changes
- To Delete: Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner, then choose Delete from the menu
4. Orders
- To view and manage your store Orders, go to Store from the homepage > go to Store Settings section > then select "Orders"
- You will access a full list of your orders' history which can be categorized by the status of these orders whether they are Accepted, Declined or Refunded.
- Select the desired order and click on it to open the full details of this order where you can either "Change Status" or the order or "Cancel Order" by clicking on the 3 dots sign on the top-right side of the page.
5. Shop Layout (Components)
Build dynamic display sections with multilingual support through a tabbed interface. Each component allows for tailored configuration and easy content management.
Add a Shop Layout
Navigate the Store's Shop Layout section, you will be directed to your store layouts list where you can Preview, Add or Edit any item.
- Title Input: Define the section's name in both languages.
- Display Priority: Assign hierarchy to control order in the layout.
- View Link: Add a redirect for users to explore more related content.
- Visibility Toggle: To instantly show or hide the component from the live view.
Component's Type configurations
- Component Type Dropdown: Select the desired layout module, e.g., Product List, Image Slider, or Category Grid.
- Product List: Browse or search through pre defined store's products. Chosen items display with thumbnails and names for quick reference.
- Categories List: Browse or search through pre defined store's categories. Chosen items display with thumbnails and names for quick reference.
- Image Slider: Create an image slider with multiple clickable images, each linked to a unique URL for seamless navigation.
- Product List: Browse or search through pre defined store's products. Chosen items display with thumbnails and names for quick reference.
Finalize Adding a Layout
Once setup is complete:
- Click Submit Layout to apply changes.
- The component is immediately integrated into the app’s homepage or designated promotional area, reflecting updates in real-time.
Edit Store Layout
Navigate to the Store Layout's section and select the desired item from the list, then you can either edit, preview the page.
6. Pages
With Paymes Super App, you can easily organize and present content across multiple store pages tailored to your business needs. Each page is fully customizable with multilingual support, display settings, and prioritization options—giving you full control over how and when content is shown to your audience.
Display Pages
Navigate to the Store Pages section to view the full list of your store’s pages. From there, you can Preview, Add, or Edit any page.
Add a new Page for your store
- Click the plus (+) icon at the top-right corner to create a new page.
- Fill in the title, description (in both English and Arabic), choose a priority level, and set the page status as either Live or Inactive.
Edit Existing Page
- Go to the Store Pages section and select a page to edit, preview, or delete.
- If you make changes to the language, title, description, or status, click Update to save them.
7. SM Links
With the Social Media Links feature, you can seamlessly display on your store your online presence on social media accounts, making it easy for customers to follow, interact, and stay updated through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and more. Linking your accounts enhances trust and improves engagement across channels.
Display SM Links
Navigate to the Store Settings section, then open the SM Links tab to view and manage your current social media account URLs.
Add New Social Media Links
- Click the plus (+) icon to add a new platform.
- Select the social channel type (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), then enter the corresponding URL.
Edit or Remove Social Media Link
- To update an existing link, simply tap the edit icon, make changes to the URL, and click Update to save.
Editing Store
Open the Paymes SuperApp. From the Home screen, tap Store under the Paymes Payments section or use the Store button at the bottom of the home page.
Store Basic Info:
- On this section you can edit your essential store settings such as:
- Store Name
- Store Title
- Store Domain
Store Settings
- On this section you can edit your store regional information such as:
- Time Zone
- Country
- Language
Store Logo and Favicon
- On this section you can edit your store's brand logo and favicon images.
Store CSS
- On this section you can add a custom CSS to customize your store to align to your brand look & feel.
Save Changes: Click Update Store to apply your modifications.
