In the data-driven world of modern business, the Analytics page in your Paymes Super App empowers decision-makers to monitor sales, understand customer behavior, and stay ahead financially—all from a mobile-friendly interface.
Accessing the Analytics
- From the Paymes Services section on the home page, you can select Analytics to open the dashboard
- Also accessible via the sidebar menu under "Your Account" section
Key Sections of the Dashboard
The interface is divided into four main sections, each providing a different layer of financial insight:
- Sales Last 8 Hours
See what’s happening right now with your most recent sales data. Ideal for tracking flash activity, promotional performance, or unexpected surges.
- Sales Last 7 Days
Understand your weekly performance trends, compare day-to-day results, and evaluate how your business is evolving over the short term.
- Payment Status
Monitor the current status of your payments—whether they’re completed, pending, or failed—so you can manage cash flow with confidence. Which gives you an Acceptance Ratio of the percentage of successful payment attempts, helping you identify issues or technical drop-offs. - Your Sales
Get a full breakdown of where your sales are coming from PayLinks, QR Codes, Invoices, Store Transactions, … etc. This empowers you with Sales Source Distribution, by providing a visual snapshot showing which channels are generating the most revenue.
