How to install the plugin?


By following the below steps, you will integrate your system in no time without even needing a technical background. 


You will need to delete any previous vesrion of our plugin before installing a new one. To know how to do this please check our Uninstall the plugin? solution article.


  1. Log in to your merchant dashboard. 
  2. Navigate to “Shopify” under the “PRE-BUILT INTEGRATIONS” section from the Developers menu on the sidebar menu.

  3. Then, click on the "connect" button as shown in the picture below:

  4. This will redirect you to the Shopify website to allow you to choose the store you want to connect with to install the plugin, as shown below:



  5. After choosing the store, the plugin page will be opened for you. Kindly click on the "Install app" button as shown below:

  6. At this point, finally, the plugin would be installed/connected successfully, and you will be redirected back to your merchant dashboard, as shown below:


  7. The next mandatory step will be to activate your plugin, follow below.

    The activation step must be done right after installation to avoid losing tha authorization (that will force you to reinstall the plugin again).


And here you are, finished installing our Shopify plugin, and you can run on the ground with your business just after activating the plugin, as shown in the next step.


How to activate the plugin?


By following the below activation steps, you will activate the our plugin in no time without even needing a technical background:


The activation step must be done right after installation to avoid losing tha authorization (that will force you to reinstall the plugin again).


  1. Log in to your merchant dashboard.

  2. Navigate to “Shopify” under the “PRE-BUILT INTEGRATIONS” section from the Developers menu on the sidebar menu.


  3.  You will find your Shopify store listed on the top table. Kindly click on the black plug icon as shown below:


  4. This will redirect you to the Shopify store; our plugin page will be opened for you. Then kindly click on the "Activate PayTabs" button as shown below after checking the payment methods logos to be shown beside the PayTabs payment option on the checkout page:

    Only supported payment method's logos will be shown in this list, if you are looking for additional logo that not listed that's mean that the logo is not supported from Shopify side and we have no upper hand on this point




  5. Only then your installed plugin will be activated successfully at this point.


  6. Finally, our payment option will be shown to the customers as shown below:


  7. And here you are, finished installing/activating our latest Shopify plugin, and you can hit the ground running.


    In case you face any error screen/message in your activation, which will be most probably due to a time gape between the installation and the activation, please deactivate the plugin at all, and re-install it all over again.
