    Stay up-to-date and in-the-know! Simply refresh your bill with a single tap and always have access to the latest information.



  • Language
     With just a tap, you can seamlessly switch between primary and secondary languages, tailored to the restaurant.

     You should know that English is the default primary language.


  • Restaurant Logo
    Unveil the essence of your beloved restaurant! Take a glimpse at their distinctive logo, which represents the spirit of the restaurant.



  • Table Number
    This section displays your table number which will be used to generate your bill .


  • Share
     Sharing payments with friends is now easier than ever! With just a tap on the share icon, you can effortlessly split payments with your friends.



    Our aim is to empower you to effortlessly split payments among your friends and make the payment process convenient for everyone. With our user-friendly share popup, you can seamlessly divide the bill and ensure a hassle-free experience.
     






















  • Bill
    In this section, you can explore the grand total of your bill. With just a tap, you can view a detailed bill where you have the freedom to split the payment, make a partial payment, or pay the full amount – all according to your choice.

  • Google Review 

    Sharing your thoughts about a restaurant on Google is easy! Just tap on the Google     review icon and it will take you to the Google Maps review form. You can rate the     restaurant and give detailed feedback about your dining experience.

    Potential customers rely on Google reviews to get authentic insights about a restaurant, so your review can play a crucial role in attracting new customers and enhancing the restaurant's credibility. Writing a review isn't just about sharing your experience; it's also a chance to shape and support the restaurant's digital presence.


    After you click on Google Review, you will be redirected to this page (on the right) to rate the restaurant and add your feedback.



     This engagement is really important because it helps the business build a positive reputation online. 







  • Social Media Links
     Stay connected with the restaurant online and explore its presence on social media with ease. By tapping the designated icons, you can seamlessly access their official pages on various platforms, which offer updates, engaging content, and more.
     
    Stay informed about the latest happenings, promotions, and news effortlessly by navigating through their social media channels with just a simple tap on the icons for Website, Instagram, and Facebook.


  • View Menu 
    TAPn'GO offers two types of menu management. 

    The first option involves uploading a PDF from the admin panel, which will then be linked to this button. Guests can tap the button to view the PDF in their browser



    The second option utilizes a third-party service named "MyMenu". For more information on integrating "MyMenu".

Chapter II: Order Your Service


Experience the convenience of ordering your service through our supported digital menus and enjoy a hassle-free checkout process.

  


Click "View Menu" from the landing page to access the digital menus, add items to your cart, and checkout.

If you're looking for a specific item, you can use the search function or apply filters to easily find what you need.


From the menu page by clicking on the icon at the top right side (☰), you can view your order history, Favourite items, provide feedback, and view the Privacy policy of the restaurant.


Order History: Here you can view all previous orders placed from your account at this restaurant.


My favourite:  From this tap, you can view all the items that you have marked as favourites from the menu of this restaurant. 

To save an item in your favorites, simply click on the heart symbol   next to that item. You can do this by opening any item on the menu. 

Feedback:  This will take you to a page where you can provide feedback on the restaurant by logging in with your mobile number, Facebook, Google, Apple, or Outlook account. 



Privacy Policy: This will redirect you to the Privacy policy of the restaurant.



After selecting your orders, click on "Go To Checkout" to proceed with payment.

 


Chapter III: Bill Details


Welcome to the Payment Details page, where your smooth transaction journey begins.


 

The following section provides detailed explanations for each component present on the screen above. 

  • Back - The guest can go back  to the home page by tapping the back icon  

  •  

  • Bill - In this section, guests can view comprehensive bill details, including taxes and any applicable discounts directly retrieved from the restaurant's Point of Sale (POS) system. This ensures transparency and accuracy in presenting the final bill, providing guests with a detailed breakdown of their charges, taxes, and potential discounts applied.  



  • Payments - This section will showcase split payments made by friends toward the same bill, along with the respective amounts contributed by each friend. Additionally, it will provide information on the remaining due amount, offering a transparent overview of the collective payment status.



 
  • Confirm & Pay (Full Pay) - Guests have the option to settle the entire bill at once by simply tapping this button.



  • Split the Bill (Split Pay) - Guests can split their payment by tapping this button. Upon selection, a popup window will appear, presenting various split payment options for their convenience.

Chapter IV: Confirm & Pay


 
Ease your way through the payment process! You can settle the entire bill with a simple tap on this button, making it quick and hassle-free if you don't need to split the payment.



Add Tips

This will redirect you to the Tips page, where you can either choose a Predefined Tip amount and adjust it starting from 0% to any other percentage, or Enter Manually the tip amount you want. 


Confirm: Ready to proceed? Simply tap 'Confirm,' and you'll be redirected to the checkout page to finalize your transaction


Checkout Page


In which you can see a payment summary showing:

  • Amount: See the total amount you're paying in this section.
  • Tip: Check out the tip amount displayed here.
  • Grand Total: Get the total payable amount, including your bill and tip, right in this section.



Once you select PayTabs as the payment option, you will be directed to the final payment page.

Use your credit card or Apple Pay ( Payment methods depend on the availability in your country)
Choose the method that suits you best, enhancing overall convenience and satisfaction throughout the payment process.

After the Payment is done, You will reach the successful page

Amount: See the amount you've paid right here.


Table: Find the table number associated with your bill in this section.


Reference ID: Your unique payment reference! This ID comes in handy for any payment disputes, especially with credit card and Apple Pay transactions.

Receipt: Need a record? You can request a receipt for your transaction, and our system will swiftly send it to your provided email.
This feature ensures you have a digital record for your own records or reimbursement purposes, enhancing a seamless and efficient customer experience


Chapter V: Split The Bill



If you're sharing expenses with someone or a group of people, utilize the Split Payment option for added convenience.




When you select the "Split The Bill" option, a pop-up window will appear with various payment splitting options. You can either split the amount evenly or customize a specific amount for each guest.




Split Bill By Number of People: Choose Equality! You can split the bill evenly among individuals.
Specify the number you're splitting with and how many you're covering personally.


For example, if you're dining with 5 friends but paying for 2, including yourself, just set 'out of' as 2 and 'people' as 5. 



Split Bill By Amount: Customize your split! Enter specific amounts in the provided textbox to tailor the bill division based on individual preferences.



Guest Name: Guests are required to specify their name in the provided textbox and TAPn'GO seamlessly retrieves it from their Google login, ensuring a convenient and automated process for personalizing the transaction. .


Switch Google Account: Manage your accounts with ease! After logging into Google, you can switch to another account by clicking on the Google logo.
Alternatively, manually delete the existing name for a personalized touch.


Proceed: Ready to move forward? Tap 'Proceed' to head to the tips page for further action.


Cancel: Changed your mind? No worries! Tapping 'Cancel' will smoothly close the split payment popup window



-Once you click on Proceed to complete your payment, you will be directed to the Tips Page and next to the checkout page. 



Add Tips

This will redirect you to the Tips page, where you can either choose a Predefined Tip amount and adjust it starting from 0% to any other percentage, or Enter Manually the tip amount you want.
