Getting Started with Paymes SuperApp
When you open the Paymes SuperApp, you will be greeted with two options on the welcome screen:
Open an Account: For new users
Login: For existing users

After Onboarding Completion
Once you've successfully completed all onboarding stages and they’ve been verified, you’ll be prompted to log in using the password you created during registration.
First-Time Login & Security Setup
During your first login, you’ll be asked to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.
If you’ve already set up Biometric Login (Face ID or Touch ID), you may not be required to complete 2FA at every login.
Step 2: Logging In with Two-Factor Authentication (Regular Login)
Once you open the Paymes SuperApp, click on the Login button that appears on the welcome screen.
Enter Your Email and Password: Provide your email address and password, then click Login.
- Enter the OTP: Enter the 6-digit code (OTP) sent to your registered mobile phone number.
The One-Time Password (OTP) required at the login screen is generated by your Authenticator App, not sent via SMS or phone call. To avoid any login issues, make sure the authenticator app is properly installed and maintained on your device at all times.
How to Reset Your Password:
Click the "Forgot Password" button located below the Email and Password fields on the login page.
Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
You’ll receive an email containing:
- A secure password reset link
- Step-by-step instructions to create a new password
- Follow the link to set a new password and regain access to your account.
