How to Access Your Transactions?


You can quickly view your recent transactions from:

  • The homepage via the “Today’s Transactions” section
  • The Payments button located in the action bar at the bottom of the homepage
  • Transactions are also accessible from the Payments tab in the bottom navigation bar

The Different Payments Views

Recent Transactions View

Once logged within the homepage dashboard you will find a snapshot of your latest transactions

  • Basic details shown include:
    • Transaction amount
    • Date and time
    • Status (e.g., successful, pending, failed)
    • Source of payment (e.g., QR code, PayLink, invoice, etc.)

 

To explore full details, tap the Payments icon in the bottom navigation bar, then select a transaction item for a deeper dive.

 

You can manage and view the full details of your transactions by navigating to the "Payments" Tab from the Navigation bar at the bottom of the homepage. 

Upon clicking the transaction item, you will be able to view the full details of this transaction.

 


Payments View

Once inside the Payments dashboard, you'll find:

1. Transactions Overview

  • A list of recent transactions in a summary cards showing:
    • Total transaction volume for today
    • Transactions over the past 30 days
  • Advanced Filter that can assist you filter transactions by:
    • Transaction Reference
    • Cart ID
    • Customer Email
    • Customer Phone
    • Bank RRN
    • A date range
    • Transaction Status Code dropdown
    • Transaction Type dropdown
    • Transaction Class dropdown

2. Detailed Transaction View


 Selecting a transaction opens its full profile, including:


  • Transaction ID and reference
  • Payment method (e.g., card, wallet)
  • Date, time, amount, and currency
  • Customer name, email, and country
  • Payment status (successful, pending, failed)
  • Sales channel (e.g., Invoice, QR Code, Store)
  • Transaction class (e.g., eCommerce), method, and card type



3. Transaction Actions

From the detailed view, you can also take action:

  • Initiate Refunds – tap the Refund button to issue a full or partial refund on eligible transaction


  • Copy Transaction Reference: Instantly copy the unique transaction ID to your clipboard for sharing, reporting, or other purposes
