The Payout feature in the Paymes SuperApp empowers merchants to manage and withdraw their earnings directly from their mobile device. Whether you're operating under an automatic or manual payout model, this feature provides full visibility into your available balance, reserves, and payout history.

This service is designed to be intuitive and transparent, giving merchants control over when and how they receive their funds, while also offering a detailed record of past transactions for financial tracking and reconciliation.

In this guide you will find:

Key Features

  • Real-time balance visibility: Instantly view your available funds, reserves, and upcoming payouts.
  • Manual payout requests: Withdraw funds on demand with a single tap.
  • Payout history reports: Access monthly payout summaries for accounting and record-keeping.

How to Use the Payout Feature

1. Access the Payout Section:
From the home screen, navigate to the “Payout” tab in the bottom menu.

2. Review Your Financial Summary: Once you click on one, you’ll see a breakdown of your payout-related balances:

  • Available to Withdraw: The amount currently eligible for manual withdrawal.
  • Reserves: Funds temporarily held (e.g., for risk or compliance).
  • Next Payout: Scheduled automatic payout amount and date.
  • Last Payout: The most recent payout processed.

3. Request a Manual Payout: If your account is set to manual payout mode:

  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (default is the full available balance).
  • Confirm the currency (e.g., SAR or AED).
  • Tap “Request Payout” to initiate the transfer.

Note: Once submitted, the payout request will be processed according to your account’s payout policy and schedule.

Payout Reports

 To track your payout history:

  • Go to the “Payout Reports” section.
  • You’ll see a list of Payout reports, each showing:
    • The payout amount
    • The covered date range (e.g., 1–31 January 2025)
    • The currency used

These reports are useful for financial reconciliation and can be downloaded or referenced at any time.
