Welcome, Dear Maher,
Thanks for reaching PayTabs out on our Developers Community. My Name is Osama El-Hamahmy the technical support team and I will be looking into this post and following up with you.
As per the mentioned screenshot, kindly note that this most probably happened because of PayTabs system failed to decrypt data due to sending an invalid format request, hence please check the configuration code for any unwanted spaces, or special characters, especially within the keys values (serverKey and clientKey) and try again and feel free to advise with the results.
I hope this resolves any confusion or inquiries you may have. if this is not the case please send us the configuration code that displays the values to assist you accordingly.
You should also know that we are providing you with a great "Solutions Portal" that includes so many articles that can walk you through any situation such as the "The How to & The What Is (FAQ)" category which contains the technical and non-technical FAQ, and the "How to Integrate with PayTabs?" category which contains all the available methods to integrate with the fully detailed documentation and "Troubleshooting Your Issues/Errors" category which will allow you to trace and solve your issues without seeking for any assistance.
Please don't ever hesitate to comment back if you still have further inquiries. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
Glad to be always in help.
Hoping you have a profitable and successful trade.
I followed the Docs link you sent me and am currently using your paytabs Flutter Bridge SDK,
Everything on my end works and is done perfectly but when submitting the payment I get an error that says (unable to decrypt request) .
This is definitely an Error from the SDK itself because I checked the requests log on my dashboard and this is what I found (check the linked screenshot).
The SDK is sending random strings to the server.
How do we solve this problem?.
