PayTabs plugins make the integration with the PayTabs payment gateway very easy by providing a ready-made and easy-to-install plugin that enables you to be ready and go with a few steps to get you up and running with your business.
This article will walk you through how to control the shipping and billing information section on the payment page through this plugin. To manage this configuration option, kindly follow the below steps:
This configuration option is supported in all the payment methods- From your WHMCS admin panel, navigate to configurations > Apps & integrations.
- On the Apps & integrations Page, Go to Browse
- And from categories, select Payments
Then, select the Paytabs payment method from the listed available WHMCS payment methods.
- Then tap on the "Manage" button
- Click the edit button to configure the plugin.
Below is the difference between the payment page with shipping information and the payment page with hidden shipping information:

The customer details are still required and must be passed, in case any of the details are missing or passed with invalid values; the hide_shipping option will be ignored and cardholder will be required to enter any of the missing details on the payment page
