What is the PayPage language?


The payment page language is the language that will the hosted payment page display to the customers. Customers will still have the ability to switch languages within the page itself which will make it easier for your customer to navigate the payment page in his preferred language.

By default, PayTabs Hosted Payment Page uses the client's browser's preferred language as the default language.


Payment Page supported languages


Currently, PayTabs supports the payment page view in 2 main languages: English & Arabic.In addition to the  Turkish language which is available only in some regions such as UAE .

However, since you can customize all Payment page properties you can set the values of those proprieties with whatever characters you want.

Downloading the Default Language Files


To download the default language file...

1. From your PayTabs dashboard navigate to the "Developers" section, then under "PAYPAGE CONFIGURATION" go to "PayPage Language".


2. Under the "DEFAULT LANGUAGE FILES" you can download the language file for each language as the following figure

Uploading a language file


To download the default language file...

1. From your PayTabs dashboard navigate to the "Developers" section, then under "PAYPAGE CONFIGURATION" go to "PayPage Language".


2. Under the "PAYPAGE LANGUAGE" you can choose the language file you want to upload and then submit it in the following figure


3. You should receive a success message like the following


And you will be able to see the uploaded language files on the "UPLOADED LANGUAGE FILES" section as the following figure 



By finishing those steps, you will be able to view the payment page with the customized properties.
