How to activate URPAY?
Please follow the steps below:
1. The attached file urpay form must be shared with the merchant as an application.

Our team will share the above details with URpay to start the onboarding process and then enable the service on your PayTabs account.
URPAY Payment Workflow
URPAY payment flow is hosted by PayTabs. which means that the payment will be managed and processed on our side.
You can have the same page embedded in your checkout page by following our How to not redirect my customers to an external payment page? (iFrame/Embedded Mode) solution article.
Using URPAY payment method, when the cardholder proceeds to the checkout page, they will be redirected to the PayTabs payment page to enter the OTP and proceed with the payment
Transactions done using URPay will show in the payment method in the transaction detail window
What are the payment features that URPay supports?
Using URPay method, you can easily perform "Sale" and "Refund" transactions, but No Auth/Cap or Recurring transactions are allowed using URPay.

URPay transactions can be refunded from the PayTabs dashboard by clicking on the transaction ID, and then click on the refund button as shown below or you can perform the refund from URPay app directly.
The Settlement Flow
URPay payments payments are directly settled in your URPay wallet immediately as soon as the payment has passed successfully.
