Once an order is successfully created, users will receive an email confirming their order placement. While they cannot independently cancel or refund their orders at this stage, they can reach out to the restaurant for any modifications through the admin panel.

Order Confirmation
After successfully creating an order, the user will receive a confirmation email indicating that their order has been placed. At this stage, the user cannot refund or cancel the order independently. However, they can contact the restaurant for order modifications, which can be done via the admin panel.
Admin Order Management:
- The admin can view all orders in the system.
- For each order, the admin has the following options:
- Cancel Order: The admin can cancel an order only if it hasn't been served yet (Marked as completed by the admin).
- Complete Order: If the order has already been served, the admin can mark it as complete.

Order Cancellation Options:
- To cancel an order, navigate to Orders > New > Select the Order you want to cancel, then click on "Cancel Order" button.
- You can cancel the new orders whether its Paid or unpaid
- By clicking on "Cancel Order," the admin will see two options:
- Cancel with Refund: Provides a refund to the user for the canceled order (If paid).
- Cancel without Refund: This does not provide a refund to the user.
- To cancel without a refund, the admin should check the provided box. If this box is not checked, the cancellation will proceed with a refund.
- For the Unpaid orders, the same message will appear, however it won´t be reimbursed since it was not paid.
If you're working with a POS (Point of Sale) system that doesn't allow refunds, you can consider alternative options such as issuing a voucher or providing a cash refund.
Hint: to enhance customer satisfaction, you might also offer a complimentary coupon or discount for their next meal in cases of canceled orders—whether they were unpaid or paid & served but had complaints about the meal.
Refund Confirmation Email:
If the order is canceled with a refund, the user will receive an additional email confirming that the refund has been processed.
