Learn how to quickly connect with customer support, request sales assistance, report issues, and share feedback—all directly within the Paymes SuperApp.



To access help and support or start a live chat in the Paymes Super App, follow these steps as shown below:

  1. Navigate to the app's side menu.

  2. Scroll down to the "Help And Support" section.

  3. Tap on "Start a live chat".

  4. A new screen titled Messages will open, tap on the "Send us a message" button to initiate a conversation.

  5. Start Chatting by typing your message, you can also use voice recorder as an alternative.



Alternatively, you can access the chat button directly from the home screen. This allows you to:


  1. ? Start a conversation with Customer Support
  2. ? Request to speak with the Sales Team
  3. ? Report any issues or bugs you've encountered
  4. ? Suggest or Request a feature
