PayTabs Merchants have the ability to request for temporarily suspension due to some business needs, you can perform that once every calendar year.


The maximum duration for your account to be suspended for only 60 calendar days (2 billing cycles), after that it will closed automatically if no re-activation request has been submitted within the suspension period. 


Outstanding balance must be cleared/paid before applying for temporarily suspension 


To apply for a temporary suspension request for your account, please send an email to ([email protected]) mentioning your merchant account name and Id as long as your country of the operation and the reason for the suspension.



Please be advised that temporarily suspending an account is subject to management approval.
