If you want to suspend your PayTabs account temporarily due to some business needs, you can perform that once every calendar year.


The maximum duration for your account to be suspended for only 60 calendar days (2 billing cycles), after that it will be activated automatically, and you will not be able to suspend it again until the calendar year elapsed.


To apply for a temporary suspension request for your account, please send an email to ([email protected]) mentioning your merchant account name and Id as long as your country of the operation and the reason for the suspension.



Please be advised that temporarily suspending an account is subject to management approval.
