If you have previously requested an account closure, and you would like to re-activate the account, please send an email to: [email protected] including your MID and store name.
3- Expiry / change of documents
If your account is suspend due to an expiration of a legal document, please upload the expired document via your merchant dashboard, once done, please send an email to our customer care team : [email protected] with your MID and the type of renewed document so they can assist in reactivating the account
