In this article, we will walk you through how to control the cart after a failing payment on your Magento website/store. To manage this configuration option, kindly follow the below steps:
1. From your Magento admin panel, Navigate to the Stores menu, then select the Configurations menu item.
2. In the "Configurations" page, and from the “Sales” tab, select the "Payment Methods" menu item.
3. Expand the preferred payment method from the provided list by PayTabs of the supported payment methods available.
4. Finally, choose whether want your customer's cart to be re-filled in case of the payment has failed or not as shown below:
Choosing "Yes" will enable you to force the customer's cart to be re-filled automatically in case the order's payment failed for any reason, this will save your customer's efforts to re-fill their cart again.
On the other hand, if you choose "No", the customers will have to initiate/create/fill their cart all over again if their order's payment failed for any reason (their current cart will be empty after redirecting back from the payment page).
