PayTabs plugins make the integration with the PayTabs payment gateway very easy by providing a ready-made and easy-to-install plugin that enables you to be ready and go with a few steps to get you up and running with your business.

In this article, we will walk you through how to control the shipping and billing information section on the payment page through this plugin. To manage this configuration option, kindly follow the below steps:

This configuration option is supported in all the payment methods.

  1. From the OpenCart admin panel, go to the "Extensions" menu, then select "Extensions" from the dropdown menu.
  2. After that, select "Payments" from the dropdown list to locate the PayTabs extension as shown below:

  3. A list of all the payment extensions will display.
  4. Then, a list of all the payment extensions will display. You will have to click next the blue edit button next to the payment method you want to configure.

If it's not editable, then this means that you need to activate this payment method by clicking the green plus button next to the edit button and wait for the activation to complete.

  5. 4. Finally, choose whether to hide the shipping information from the payment page or not according to what suites your business more, as shown below:

    1. Choosing "Yes" will save the time and effort of your customers to refill this information again on the payment page after they are supposed to be already provided on your OpenCart website/store checkout page.

    2. On the other hand, if you choose "No" your customers will be forced to enter the billing/shipping information all over again on the payment page.

Below are two examples showing the difference between the PayPage with shipping information and the PayPage hiding shipping information:

      Hide Shipping Address with NO

      Hide Shipping Address with Yes

  6. You will have to save your configuration information by clicking on the blue save icon button on the top left of the configuration, as shown below:

The customer details are still required and must be passed, in case any of the details are missing or passed with invalid values; the hide_shipping option will be ignored and cardholder will be required to enter any of the missing details on the payment page
