In some cases, when you contact PayTabs technical support team for assistance in an issue/unexpected behavior, they require the log files to assist you accordingly, or even you may want to troubleshoot the plugin behavior yourself. In this solution article, you will learn how to find this log file for troubleshooting purposes

You will be able to find the logs by navigating to Billing >> Gateway Log in your WHMCS admin panel. then, check the log of all payments or refunds (Successed or Failed) with the responses received from the server
