You can use this option if you have regular customers and want to save time and effort by auto-refilling the customer's details while creating the invoices.

Here is how you can create a predefined Customer:

  1. Navigate to the "Profile" tab >  "predefined Customers" > click on the pen icon to enable the option and add new customers.

  2. Then click on the " + " sign to add new predefined customer:

  3. Fill in the customer's details as shown below and click "Save"

  4. Refresh the page so you can see the newly added customers

    -You can edit the details any time by clicking on the ID of each customer:

  5. Then while creating any invoice you can choose any of the predefined customers via the dropdown list :
