Error 204 pertains to Insufficient funds in the account.
The transaction is denied by the issuing bank as there aren’t enough funds in the associated bank account to complete this payment or the transaction may put the customer’s credit card over the limit.
Solution: Customer(s) to use an alternate card, another form of payment, or check with their card issuing bank.
