The SMS History tab on the PayTabs Merchant Dashboard allows users to view records of SMS messages sent from their account. However, access to this tab is restricted to the Owner's account & users with Manager access level.

How to Access SMS History:
To review sent SMS records, follow these steps:
Log in to your PayTabs Merchant Dashboard.
Navigate to the menu on the left side of the page.
Select SMS History.
If you are the owner user and can't see the SMS history tab, reach PayTabs Team to enable it for you.
Who have access to the SMS history:
- Only Users with the Owner/Manager Level can access the SMS history
- Searching for a specific SMS is restricted to the Owner access level.
What to see in SMS history:
By accessing the SMS History, the owner will be able to view a list of the successfully sent SMS messages with the Phone number of the SMS receiver, Description (example: the related invoice no.) and the date and time sent.
Troubleshooting Missing SMS Records
If a specific SMS does not appear in the history, it likely means that an issue occurred during its delivery.
