If Reset password is required, simply click "Forgot password"


Make sure to select your correct country then hit forgot password, selecting the wrong country will result in not receiving the re-set email:



Add your registered email, make sure the spelling is correct:




Please note that if you didn't get the password re-set email, that means you have chosen the wrong country while trying to log in / re-set the password.
