Payment page timeout is the time is taken for the page until it gets expires and not get being accessible anymore. The payment page times out according to its type as clarified below:
- Hosted Payment Page
The hosted payment page timeout is 20 minutes and if the customer didn't proceed with the payment or cancels it until then, the payment page link will expire as shown below.
- Alternative Payment Page (APM)
The APMs timeout varies from one method to another. Usually, the time out is 3 hours for most of the AMPs.
Proceeding with the payment (whether it has been authenticated or declined) or canceling it will make the link invalid after, and it will be NOT accessible anymore.
