Most probably this error happened because either your account's category/type is PSP, not aggregation, or you are on your test profile, or the user is not given access to the Account's tab by the account's owner.

Reason #1: Your profile's type is Test


This means that the current profile's type is on "Test", which has been initiated for testing purposes, and no "Accounts" menu will be shown there as this menu item only allows you to know the bank account details or schedule the payouts that which in this case you will not have any of this.


Reason #2: Your account's category/type is PSP


This means that your account's category/type is PSP (Opened your PayTabs account through your bank), not aggregation. This menu item only allows you to know the bank account details or schedule the payouts which in this case you will not have any of this.
