Our plugins make the integration with our payment gateway very easy by providing a ready-made and easy-to-install plugin that enables you to be ready and go with a few steps to get you up and running with your business.


In this article, we will walk you through how you can handle/manage your already existing transactions related to your Shopify orders.

Note that all of the follow-up transactions for Our Shopify Plugin MUST be done through your Shopify admin panel, attempting to perform any follow-up transactions through our APIs upon any Shopify transaction will be declined.



Only the below transaction types/actions can be managed through this plugin. Noting that both "Capture" and "Void" are allowed only if you had configured the Payment Capture method on your Shopify settings to be "Manually", as mentioned in our 2.1 - Configure the order payment type (transaction type) solution article.

  1. Capture the Order Amount
  2. Refund the Order Amount
  3. Void the Order Amount
